American Roofing is a licensed and insured  roofing company based in Houston Texas which has been installing and repairing all types of roofing for residential and commercial customers since 1985. Proudly serving the Woodlands area and surrounding areas.

Jody Born is the founder of American Roofing. From his humble beginnings this Minnesota native, took a leap of faith and decided that it was time for a change in his life. Fairly early on Jody realized roofing was very much seasonal in Minnesota, so he decided to drive all the way south where he landed in the great State of Texas. Once his feet touched grounds of Houston, Texas he took off chasing these hail storms and realized he was about to live the American Dream of owning his own company! Jody utilized his strengths and experience to form American Roofing to become a successful entrepreneur in the industry. Working in the large-scale roofing industry for more than 40 years, he has developed a desire to deliver quality craftsmanship with integrity and honesty.
